• Non-conformance is addressed though detailed corrective actions to avoid being repeated
• Our staff are fully equipped to inspect product conformity
• Non-conforming parts are stored in designated spaces or discarded 
• Staff members are strongly encouraged to suggest improvements in methods, materials, and suppliers
